Our servers automatically log your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other standard data provided by your web browser.
We ask for your email address; this is stored on our servers and is also stored on the MailChimp platform which we use for sending out the newsletters.
We ask for your name and email address in addition to the message you send us; this information is stored on our servers for the purposes of responding to the message.
We ask for your name, club and email address along with any supporting information you wish to give us; we store this information on our servers for the purposes of running the tournament. We will contact you regarding the tournament from time to time.
We publish a list of pre-registered players for a tournament; if you indicated that you don't want your name to be shown on the list we will anonymise your entry.
After the tournament we will publish tournament results (along with player names) on our website and we send data (player name, club, grade and tournament results) to the British Go Association who will then submit to European Go Database, run by the European Go Federation.
